The Cult Movie Network is a Canadian English language exempt Category B specialty channel consisting of programming devoted to cult films from a variety of genres including horror, fantasy, comedy, and action, among others.
If obscure and eclectic movies are your thing, then welcome to The Cult Movie Network. The app offers hundreds of the most eclectic movies ever made. The titles include hits like Monster from Bikini Beach (2008), Bimbos B.C. (1992), The Tale of the Voodoo Prostitute (2011), and Killer Shrews (1959).
There are over 200 Horror movies alone. Other categories include Thriller, Comedy, Action, Mystery, Drama, Sci-Fi, Documentary, Musical, Adventure, Fantasy, Suspense, Crime, Martial Arts. There is a fair amount of spillover from one category to the next, but you can view all of the currently available content before you subscribe to make sure the selections are what you expect. According to the website new content is added on a regular basis.
The channel requires an activation code to be installed to register for the channel. The registration process is very simple, you simply need to create a profile with a user name and password, and enter your Credit Card information. There is a monthly subscription price of $2.99, or yearly for $29.99; however, there is currently (April 2021) a promotion available on their website which gets you the first month for only $0.01, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
